We really can’t even put into words the level of professionalism that Integra encompasses! We moved to Levelland, not knowing a single person, that quickly changed. The house that we purchased needed some maintenance, and we wanted to utilize local services. I contacted Integra and they were very prompt in scheduling us for a consultation to discuss our needs. After our initial consultation, we decided that it was necessary to not only make upgrades, but it ended up turning into a remodeling project. Integra was with us every step of the way! Whatever was needed along the way, they made it happen, and they continue to check in on us . They have not only become our plumbing and HVAC service company, but they have become like family. We now know each of them by name, and anytime we need anything…somebody shows up! I have never experienced this level of service and it starts with the office staff, down to the technicians, to the owner, Chito.
